Hotel Policies
Check-in and Check-out time
Check-in time is anytime after 3:00pm. If you require other arrangements, please request them prior to your arrival. Availability of rooms cannot be guaranteed, however, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Check-out time is 11:00am.
Guest Registration
Upon check-in, all guests are required to present a credit card with proper photo identification. Credit cards are pre-authorized for an amount to cover room and taxes for the entire stay, plus a reasonable reserve for possible incidental charges. If a guest would like to pay by means other than the pre-authorized card they may do so at check-out. Guests must be atleast 21 years of age to register into a hotel room.
Special Requests
We cannot guarantee room numbers and/or location of the guestroom please let us know if you have any special requirements as we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Pet Policy
Guests are welcome to bring their dogs, as we are a dog friendly hotel. Pet appointed rooms are limited so you must request a pet room at the time of booking and a $15.00 per pet per night charge will be applied to your reservation. A pet waiver must be signed upon checkin. Unfortunately we do not accept cats or other animals at this time.
Rates
All rates are based on availability and subject to change without notice. Rates are guaranteed with a confirmation number at the time of booking.
Cancellation
Reservations must be cancelled or date of arrival changed, 48 hours prior to arrival date in order to avoid a penalty charge to your credit card of the first night room & taxes. The cancellation policy is subject to change for groups or special events. All cancellations will receive a cancellation number as confirmation of the cancelled booking.
Extra Person Charge
$10.00 plus taxes per person per night. (Children under the age of 17 are free when they share a room with an adult). Rollaway Bed: $15.00 plus taxes per night.
