The Fraser Room

The Fraser Room is a 525 square foot carpeted meeting space on the lobby level of the hotel. There are two individual heat/air conditioning units and two large opening windows with blackout blinds. Phone and Internet access are included.

Payment and Cancellation policy
A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the space. A payment or credit card imprint is required before the start of the meeting. 72 hours notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee of the first day and any catering that has been ordered. A contract must be signed a minimum of one week prior to the meeting start date.

Liquor Policy
The Ramada Langley/Surrey is not a licensed premise; therefore alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the Fraser Room. If you would like to apply to serve alcoholic beverages, please see your catering coordinator.

Catering/Banquet Food
Food and/or beverages brought into the hotel are not permitted from outside sources. Food and beverages may only be supplied from the catering company contracted from the hotel. Please see the following pages for the catering menu. All food and/or beverages must be ordered a minimum of 72 hours prior to meeting date.
