What time is check out / check in: Check out time is 11:00am and check in time is 3:00pm. We always do our best to accommodate early check in requests, however it is based on availability and cannot be guaranteed. In the event we can not accommodate your early check in request, we can store your luggage for you, so you can enjoy the city. Late departures are based on availability. Please check with the front desk on the day of departure to see if a late departure can be granted.

Do you have smoking rooms? The hotel is 100% smoke free. A fee of $300.00 will be charged for smoking in a non smoking room. This includes the use of vaporizers and e-cigarettes and medical marijuana.

Do you allow pets in the room? The hotel is dog friendly only and does not allow pets of any other kind. There is a $15.00 fee per night for 1 dog and $25 per night for 2 dogs with a maximum of 2 dogs in the room. Dogs cannot be left in the room unattended. There is no fee for registered service animals provided they are wearing their service animal vest / harness. Pets are not allowed in the breakfast room or other public areas (pool, exercise room)

Can I pay with cash or a pre-paid credit card? The hotel requires a valid bank issued credit card to reserve the room and at check in. Your credit card will be pre-authorized at time of arrival for the full stay plus taxes and a security deposit. Upon check out, you may change your method of payment to cash and the hold will be released from your credit card. We do not accept pre-paid credit cards or Visa/Mastercard debit cards. All rates and charges are in Canadian dollars.

What credit cards are accepted? The hotel accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card and Diners Card. We do not accept pre-paid or debit credit cards.

How old do I need to be to reserve a room? You must be 21 years of age or older and hold a valid credit card in order to check in.

What is your cancellation policy? Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate or dates of your reservation. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy. If you need further assistance, call the hotel directly. Please note that the hotel is not able to cancel any reservations made through 3rd party online websites. Please refer to the cancellation policies noted on the website.

Is there parking at the hotel? The hotel offers guests outdoor parking complimentary. Limited bus/truck parking is available on a first come first serve basis.

Do you have laundry on site? The hotel offers both same day dry cleaning service (not available on weekends or holidays) provided dry cleaning is dropped at the front desk prior to 8:30am. Additionally, we offer coin operated laundry facilities located on the first floor. Detergent and dryer sheets available for purchase at the front desk.

Do you have toiletries if I forgot something? The front desk has a variety of complimentary toiletries in the event you forgot to pack them including tooth brushes, toothpaste and razors. Additional items can also be purchased in our mart, along with snacks and drinks.
